Last year, Colleen Williams led two yoga sessions in my backyard!

This isn’t your typical balance-focused yoga because Colleen has taken the yard terrain into consideration. Her approach opens this activity to anyone vaguely interested in yoga, even if they aren’t a downward dog pro! For example, my parents joined our last session, and Colleen was very supportive of them doing whatever felt right, like my 70-year-old dad just laying on his mat, enjoying the ambiance!
Our second session of 2026 will be Friday, June 12, at my home in Glenolden.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and $20 for Colleen. Details in the registration form!
